Printing Barcodes with the Star TSP400 printer 1. From INFOTOUCH - INVENTORY - REPORTS - PRICE LABELS (either for RECEIVED INVENTORY or standard PRICE LABELS) 2. Select either by department or by item number. 3. Select PRINT TO DISK 4. If for RECEIVED INVENTORY, enter the dates between which the inventory was received for which price labels are to be printed. If for standard PRICE LABELS, select for QTY on hand or the number for each to be printed. 5. Select EXTRA PRICE LEVEL (press SPACE bar to page through the list of your available extra price levels) Leave to NONE if not using. 6. STRIPPED FORMAT (only used if printing the extra price level). The regular format included punctuation (i.e. $5.95). The stripped format prints the number as an integer without punctuation (i.e. 595). 7. Type the name of the disk file to create. Suggested: LBL0410 for price labels printed on the 10th of April, etc. 8. Press to print. 9. Exit InfoTouch to DOS 10. Type BARCODE to run the program.
